Glenbow Summer Exhibitions!

May 23 - September 27, 2015.

Glenbow's summer season is underway with four diverse new exhibitions connected by one common theme - that of Alberta artists creating objects and artworks in response to the time and place in which they live. From contemplative explorations of nature (Hooked: Fish, Water and Angling in Art), to sharp witted satire (From Our Collection: Political Satire in Alberta), to provocative ideas about faith, violence and human nature (Gun Sculpture and Myth Making: The Art of John Brocke), these exhibitions showcase art created here that is universal in scope.
